What will happen if I exceed my monthly submission limit?
When FormMail.com detects that you have reached or are expected to soon exceed your allowed submissions, an email message will be sent to you. You will then have three options:
Do Nothing
You can choose to ignore this message. If your monthly submission limit is reached, FormMail.com will stop processing your submissions until your plan resets at the end of the period. This could result in lost form submissions.
Upgrade Your Plan
If you are expecting to exceed your limit by a substantial amount on a month basis, you probably should upgrade your plan to the next level. We will apply forward a credit for any unused portion of your current plan. Simply click on the 'UPGRADE' link within your Plan at any time.
Purchase 'Overage' Submissions
Overage submissions cost $1 per 100 submissions and can be rolled from month to month. They will be used any time you exceed your monthly limit, ensuring that if you ever do reach your limit, FormMail.com will keep processing your forms. This can be very useful for rare months when your usage spikes or if you expect to only exceed the limit by very little each month.
